Nomination Papers for the 10th Congressional Vacancy Election to be held September 1, 2009 |

| Nomination papers for the 10th Congressional seat vacated by Ellen Tauscher became available at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Contra Costa County Elections Office, 555 Escobar Street, Martinez, CA. A filing fee of $1,740.00 must be paid at the time nomination papers are issued. The filing deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2009.
